Non-Profit Organization Executive Protection and Employment Practices Liability Insurance
A great financial benefit for NAJAS members is our group plan for D&O insurance. Directors & Officers coverage provides liability protection for directors, officers and employees against suits or claims stemming from their work on behalf of the organization by which they are employed, or for which they volunteer as a board member. Our D&O insurance cost may be as little as a tenth of a single policy purchased in some regions, a savings that may exceed your annual dues!
Our policy period runs from July through June of the following year. Societies join or renew the policy in the spring and NAJAS invoices participating societies in the summer for their shared premium cost.
